We were recently contacted to see if we were able to publish a special job – although not the normal publication, we are very happy to show you this one!
The Troodos Mountains is a familiar place to us as our family live in Limassol which is close!
EXPERIENCED HELP NEEDED IN Cyprus
Cyprus Pride House

June needs people inboard/on site by the end of June/early July.
Full time, live in, expenses paid, for 3 months.
Cat and dog rescue in the mountains of Cyprus.
June needs urgent surgery which will incapacitate her for 3 months so need 2 people to look after the cats, dogs, home, garden and assist her. 2 friends or a couple preferably.
Must have extensive experience working with cats and dogs in a shelter or similar set up previously. Fit, healthy, strong as heavy lifting involved, very responsible with good memory, reliable and organised. Non-smoker. Driving license with being a confident driver abroad and off road to drive a double cabin truck.
Duties involve daily feeding and cleaning of animals and enclosures, giving medicines to animals when needed so some experience of this, keeping garden and house clean, dog walking, driving to vets when needed, weekly shopping, feeding cat colonies and assisting her through her recovery.

This lady has saved animals for over 20 years – now she needs help. And it is not an impossible ask, simply three months in Cyprus – there must be people out there who can do this.
