Remembering your ANGEL DOGGY’S – BEAUTIFUL GIRL MIA
TODAY WE ARE REMEMBERING THE MOST DARLING LITTLE LADY! WE ARE WRITING A LITTLE STORY FOR BEAUTIFUL MIA!
Life for MIA started by a little accident – two working Farm Doggy’s got together and puppies were on the way for one of them! The puppies needed homes and were taken to the wonderful BRECON DOG RESCUE for that task! – you can find this Doggy Rescue using this link to their own Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/groups/143069759167547 – One of the beautiful puppy’s born was the gorgeous MIA!
The Rescue Centre had placed a photo of MIA on their Facebook Page and it was Nicola who saw her little face and immediately knew she had to have her! (It’s strange sometimes how you know immediately – we rescued JET and that was from a little photo of him sitting on a lilac rug on GUMTREE!!!)
Nicola met a member of staff at the airport and MIA was handed over to her new Mum, ‘forever home’ and new life!
Nicola already had two other beautiful dogs, DOTTIE and MILO – so it was going to be interesting how MIA would settle in with them!
MIA settled in perfectly and all three doggy’s got along great! One doggy however, began to rule the roost! MIA’s gorgeous character could soon be seen clearly, she liked to be the BOSS! (We love this!)
MIA loved people, loving people came naturally to her, however she had one thing which would make her upset and that was a person in a hat! – she didn’t like that at all! Lol!
Nicola told us ‘ if something was happening, MIA was involved!’
MIA was a feisty lady and she would get very excited and go a little too far when playing around, so Nicola had to be a bit aware of where she was when anyone in the house messed around! This would make sense really being the puppy of farm doggy’s (well that’s our excuse!)
MIA totally loved Nicola’s daughter who she would love to go out with to the Country Park – whilst they drove to the park, MIA would sit in the car like ‘lady mucker’ with her harness on looking out of the windows! Very regal MIA!
Her favourite toy was her ball – this was most definately ‘HER’ ball and DOTTIE and MILO both knew that too!
The beautiful VIDEO below shows MIA next to the log burning fire – she absolutely loved to lie next to the fire to get warm – once again, DOTTIE and MILO knew not to mess with her when she had her special place near the hearth!
Take a look at the brilliant video below – Nicola says ‘ If I sat on the sofa and took my slippers off, she would sneak them to her bed and keep them there for her own comfort!’
We love a girl who knows exactly what she wants and how to get it! MIA you tick all of our boxes darling!
MIA had over ten happy, loved and healthy years with her family. Having a zest for life and making each and every day a busy one!
MIA passed at almost 11 years old, peacefully!
She will be so missed every day but will also be remembered with such beautiful memories – this little lady embraced life and now after earning her Angel Wings is enjoying new adventures over the Rainbow Bridge and is no doubt leader of the pack again!
Fly High baby girl, thank you for giving your family so many lovely years!
