RESCUED DOG DOBBY LOVES EVERY DAY OF HIS LIFE!

Today we are writing DOBBY’S story!
DOBBY is so lucky to be here …… It was believed that his Mum was a hare corsing greyhound that escaped, became pregnant with a sight hound – then left by the owner pregnant in a field to fend for herself!
Mum and puppies almost never made it but were found in the field in time to be taken to the rescue centre for Mum to give birth!
Lauren who rescued DOBBY is not sure quite how he lived his life after being born but says that DOBBY was underweight and not able to cope well being around people when she first rescued him!

O.K. for the lovely part of the story, we cannot leave any reader feeling sad, our stories will always leave you filled with joy!
DOBBY was advertised and Lauren knew immediately she needed to rescue him – she had fallen for him in the photo! When arriving to meet DOBBY she literally fell more in love – it was a perfect match for both of them!

DOBBY needed a little more patience and care than some other doggy’s – he wasn’t a loving puppy to begin with!

Lauren says ‘ It was a long, slow process, maybe about 6 months for him to get used to being in a home and being left on his own.’

As Lauren works she knew that DOBBY could do with a companion during the day. Along came a lovely sibling for DOBBY and this worked wonders! His name is BISHOP and you can see him on the lovely photos!

Now a happy, content doggy, DOBBY loves nothing better than to run or be chased by other dogs – his character comes alive when he is off the lead on a walk. Wow, so lovely to know that he was able to find such confidence! DOBBY does still struggle a little with people but is way more able to feel safe around them.

This gorgeous boy loves to sleep! He also loves to steal things like soft toys out of the bedroom, cushions off the sofa and pillows of the bed! Oh my goodness DOBBY we love your character!
He also loves to chew things and enjoys his deer antler and his red squeaky ball. He throws the ball around elated but Lauren says he does like soft toys but he ‘destuffs them in no time at all!’ – so funny!

DOBBY not only adores Lauren, he loves her fiance Gaz, her mum Juliet, Uncle John and especially her brother John. Wow what a wonderful family you now have DOBBY! – Surrounded by love!
DOBBY’S furry friends are Lauren’s mums labradore GIZMO and BISHOP DOBBY’S step sibling!

Lauren told us ‘ he’s a bit of a nervous boy until he knows someone, then it’s all kisses and cuddles and he will come up for plenty of fuss! He loves other dogs especially if they chase him! He goes on lots of holidays now as well and we try to take him somewhere nice once a year!’
What can we say!
DOBBY you have got to be the luckiest doggy! What a super life you lead – we are so very happy for you – this warms our hearts enormously!
