We all really know that if we love our dog, our dog loves us back – if we are kind to our dog, our dog loves us!
However there are obvious and not so obvious signs of this confirmation. Here we look at three!

STEALING YOUR CLOTHES
O.K. This is exactly what we find JET with quite often. Either bras or pants lol !
Apparently if your dog steals your clothes, it’s a sign that they love you and the smell of you (which is on your clothes) – I suppose underwear has more smell! – yikes! Sniffing your familiar scent on your clothing or dragging items back to their bed so that they can snuggle with them, makes them feel safe and secure!

MIRRORING
Apparently Mirroring is a sign of love !!!!!!! We are so happy to hear this as this photo was taken in the garden this year when JET and I were having a very lazy day! I am going to make the memory fit what I would like it to and so this was the yawn JET did immediately after me ! lol !
Yawning directly after you is a strong sign that they empathise closely with you!

LYING ON THEIR BACKS
JET here is totally trusting and was having a little snore at the same time! Boy can he snore!
When a dog is sleeping next to us and are showing their belly, it is a sure sign they love and trust us. In the wild, a dog is often most vulnerable when they sleep. They will curl up or cosy up to another member of the pack to protect themselves from predators!
